We offer free standard shipping within NZ, so you don’t have to stress. We want this process to be as easy as possible for you.
We offer shipping to Australia for a flat rate of $15. For all orders outside the NZ and Australia we use a weight based rate that excludes customs and duties. It's fast, reliable and fully trackable.
How long does it take to receive my order?Orders are processed and packed within 24 hours of placement, excluding weekends and public holidays. Domestic orders should arrive within a week of the date of the order. International shipments should arrive within two weeks. Domestic returns & exchanges
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your products purchased online, you may return the item/s in its original condition with tags attached, complete with its original packaging for a refund (less postage) or exchange within 30 days of receipt. You can action your return or exchange request via our portal. If you have any other questions just send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Worn, damaged or altered merchandise can't be exchanged or refunded. Underwear can't be exchanged or refunded unless they are faulty.
If merchandise is faulty, we'll meet our obligations under the Consumer Guarantees Act to provide a remedy in terms of a refund, exchange or credit.
International returns & exchangesIf for any reason you need to exchange or return your item, we are happy to take them back and find them a new home. We just ask that you take care of the cost of shipping the merchandise back. Just send us an email at email@example.com so we can be on the look out for your package. Feel free to use the same packaging we sent it to you in originally.
How long do I have to decide if I want to keep the items?
We accept unworn clothes for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date. We will accept merchandise returned up to 45 days from the delivery date, but you will need to ship it back at your own expense and we will just provide store credit.
